I am a lecture of ICT in schoo of education and modern languages Univ Utara Malaysia. I have been a lecturer since 1996 and previously served as a teacher fdrom 1991 - 1996. I graduated from Univ if Northen Iowa, USA (BA in TESOL) in 1990, Univ of Iowa (Master in instructional design and technology) in 1997 and Univ of east Anglia (Phd in ICT in education) in 2006..
