About Me
Founded the International Child Art Foundation in 1997. Produced in 1998 the first-ever national children's art festival in U.S. history. Since 1999 has produced the World Children's Festival on the National Mall every four years. Developed and organizes the Arts Olympiad--the world's largest and most prestigious art & sport program for children ages 8 to 12.
