About Me
I have 20 years of international experience in the non-profit and education/training realm: 3 years in Uganda, 3 years in South Africa and 5 years as International Training Director for Habitat for Humanity International, and 9 years as an independent photographer/educator. My book, Village Wisdom; Immersed in Uganda, Inspired by Job, Changed for Life, published in 2010 was the beginning of a series of global education resources. I live in Asheville, NC where I do staff development training for k-12 teachers and artist in residence programs for schools. During 2012, I will be in Peru and Ecuador on a year sabbatical with my husband and 2 sons.
