About Me
I am President and Principal Consultant at Hollinger International, an international school consulting and coaching firm serving private, public and charter schools, nonprofit organizations and education companies. We provide leadership coaching and tailored, strategic assistance to establish and improve schools. Prior to consulting, I founded and directed two dual-language international schools. My faculty and I designed and delivered innovative education programs that produce high academic and social achievement for students from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds. I hold a PhD in Education from the University of Virginia, a MEd in Special Education from American University and a BA in General Studies from the University of Maryland. I am also a certified administrator of the EQ-i (Emotional Quotient Inventory).
