About Me

I am currently learning more about Web 2.0 applications. I am working on an internship with the Army Heritage Center while my spouse attends a 10 month school for his job. I am collaborating with teachers who want to use the digital collection with their students to create a website for National History Day. At the same time, I am teaching library skills for University of Maryland, online. I am using my time to read about and explore all websites, books and 2.o applications that I can find.. As a classroom teacher or a librarian, I rarely have time to just explore. This year with my husband at war college meant that I had to give up my job as a librarian in a small international school in Germany -but the plus side is the ability to finally have time to just learn...
