I have served on the graduate faculty of the Capella University School of Business and Technology since 1999. I was honored by Capella with the Harold Abel Distinguished Faculty Award for 2011-2012 and the Stephen Shank Recognition for Teaching in 2012, 2013, 2014. I am an independent researcher, writer and consultant through my company, Vision2Lead, Inc..
