Faculty member at Monterrey Campus of Tec de Monterrey since 1990. In 2009, I started as Director of Center for the Innovation in Technology and Education and CTO of Virtual University of Sistema Tecnológico de Monterrey. I've been working in improving education since 1990 and I'm part of a board of directors in charge of defining the future of education in Mexico.
