About Me
I am an Instructor in the School of Education and Human Development, and also a Doctoral Student in Urban Ecologies. My research interests include pedagogy and methodology that support high quality interaction and engagement in school, and advocating for the use of assessments that can capture dynamic, real-world learning in meaningful ways. I am actively combatting the schools-in-crisis narrative so we can expand our focus and get even better at engaging children and adults in critical thinking, communication and creation.
