About Me

My professional background is in education and libraries. I graduated from the State University of New York at Potsdam with a BA in French, and a MS in Reading. I taught French full-time for seven years in New York State Public Schools. Beyond my teaching experience, I attended Syracuse University graduating from the Library and Information Science program with a MLIS degree. I have worked in public and academic libraries. My interests: Integrating technology into teaching, curriculum development, emerging technologies - 2.0, online teaching, adjunct teaching, French and francophone cultures, foreign language methodology, Reading, and engaging conversations with other educators.
