A lifelong learner who believes that 'what we focus on grows'; so I am learning how to appreciate and discover what is working as a way of being. In past lives I have been a teacher, an Industrial Relations practitioner, barrister & mediator, a General Manager and have worked in the adult (workplace) education area as both a trainer and CEO of a Registered Training Organisation.
