Diplomat retired, Ambassador of Spain, has served at the UN in New York, Vatican, Lima, and Amassador in Australia, NZ and the Melanesia, Canadá (1992-1964) and Denmark (1996-2001) and Ambassador at large for the TIC's at the spanish Foriuegn Office, in Madrid from 2001 to 2004.
