About Me
Randy Palmer, a special educator and computer expert with nearly two decades of experience teaches computer skills at TCI, where he also provides staff development training and coaching. Working with proven methodology for students with autism spectrum disorder, Palmer has taught teens and young adults with autism to develop multi-media social stories, using Garage Band software to digitize pictures and incorporate voice over techniques. He is a requested speaker and lecturer on topics related to assistive technology, computer software to help promote independence, and Internet safety issues.
