About Me
An educator for 42 years, I've been an English teacher, high school asst. principal, and consultant to low-performing schools, primarily in Tennessee. Currently, I conduct PD sessions on block scheduling, motivation, assessment, and effective questioning. I work with state department leaders in 5 states (TN, VA, NC, WV, and VA) as the Leadership & School Improvement Specialist for ARCC (Appalachia Regional Comprehensive Center) at Edvantia.
