About Me
Theresa Stager is the Principal of St. Mary Catholic School in Rockwood, MI. St. Mary Rockwood is a Pre-K to 8th grade 1:1 iPad school. She believes that communication is the key to any leadership position, including communication between leadership and staff, staff and students, school and parents, and the community. She was active in the creation of the PrincipalCast podcast on the TeacherCast network. PrincipalCast is a weekly roundtable discussion between principals around the country that discuss topics which effect administrators and school leaders. Theresa is featured in Dr. Spike Cook’s first book Connected Leadership: It’s Just a Click Away, scheduled for release in the fall of 2014 from Corwin Press. During her first year at St. Mary Rockwood, Theresa has implemented a 1:1 iPad program and transformed the educational technology and social media philosophy of the school.
