About Me

Educational Developer at the Otago Polytechnic Educational Development Centre. I have a background in the Health Sciences (Nursing) and have taught bioscience to undergraduate and postgraduate nurses and midwives. I teach education courses on Flexible Learning and evaluation of eLearning. I also assist staff with using technology for teaching and learning. I have led various collarative research projects in eLearning - digital capability, self-efficacy and professional development. I am currently completing a Doctorate in Education about the use of reflection for professional learning and reflective practice.
