About Me

My name is Ikrame Sbai from Morocco, resident in UAE since 2007. I graduated from Montana State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. My last working experience was in RTA (Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai) from 2008 to 2012 as a Quality and Excellence Senior Analyst. My work was not related directly to adult learning; however, as a part of my job duties, we used to organize workshops on a weekly basis for all RTA departments about the customer service principles and the mystery shopping criteria. We also used to evaluate employees knowledge and customer service abilities through mysterious calls and evaluation tests. My master now is in education, online educational leadership and management.
