Brent MacKinnon is a social business consultant providing services primarily to the non profit sector. His company, Social Media Tools for Work & Learning helps organizations transform and evolve to the social web. Brent’s focus is on introducing and supporting the adoption of social media to enhance the organization’s effectiveness. Brent’s approach is both bottom up, by supporting staff use of social media and top down by supporting the organization’s leadership in developing the social media policies and procedures that guides the organization.
